PromptCare Logistix LLC, established in 2025 by Catiana Augusme, is a supply chain company focused on pharmaceutical logistics. Promptcare logistix was created to solve persistent challenges within the research/drug development sector.  We proudly service clients across the United States.

With a strong foundation in research and development, Ms. Augusme identified significant operational gaps in the timely and consistent delivery of clinical trial materials to sponsors, laboratories, and research institutions. These challenges, ranging from fragmented supply chains and courier delays to improper handling, procurement inefficiencies, customs bottlenecks, and inadequate handling of cold chain products have led to compromised study start-ups, missed patient visits, dosing disruptions, and budget overruns for research studies .

At PromptCare Logistix, our niche is to address these issues head-on by delivering end-to-end clinical trial logistics solutions from study start up to study close out.
