Meet the Founder

PromptCare Logistix is led by a team with operational expertise and industry insight. Catiana Augusme is the Founder & CEO of PromptCare LogistiX and the managing Partners are Rose Augusme and Carnes Augusme. Catiana has extensive years of hands-on experience in Research & Drug Development and the Biopharmaceutical industry. Her professional background encompasses Clinical Trial Monitoring and the coordination & implementation of drug product handling.

Before founding PromptCare Logistix, Ms. Augusme has been dedicated to supporting the Research & Drug Development sector  for major research sponsors, laboratories, and healthcare institutions. She is dedicated to implementing compliant and efficient delivery of critical clinical trial supplies, and investigational drugs. Her adept leadership in managing cross-functional teams and implementing time-sensitive protocols has significantly enhanced the execution of clinical trial programs.

However, While serving within the clinical trial industry Catiana have understood the complexities within the industry and the significant gap that exists regarding timely delivery and consistent availability of clinical trial materials to  sponsors, laboratories and  research institutions—which has been often due to fragmented supply chains, delayed customs clearance, inadequate cold chain infrastructure, and lack of real-time tracking. These disruptions have jeopardized effective implementation of study protocols such as study timelines, patient dosing schedules, and data integrity. After realizing the gap within the industry Catiana decided to launch PromptCare Logistic which addresses this gap by providing end-to-end clinical trial logistics solutions that ensure the secure, temperature-controlled, and time-sensitive transport of investigational products, lab kits, and ancillary supplies.

Catiana Augusme resides in the DMV area & loves giving back to her community during her spare time, she currently withhold several industry certifications/ licenses and is a current MPH candidate at DREXEL university. She is also an active member of several esteemed professional organizations, including ACRP, APHA & BWICR.
